This form is used to help me get a better understanding of your tattoo expectations.
Shop minimum is $60 - I charge $150 per hour
After I get your inquiry, I will email you back (during our work hours) and will require a 25% of the total price in order to schedule you in. The deposit will go towards your tattoo total on the day of your appointment. This can be done over the phone or in person at the shop! Remember you must be 18 years old to be tattooed in Iowa!
All deposits are non-refundable!
